We reproduce historical and obsolete calibers, either as live ammunition (where legal and safe) or inert replicas for display and collection. From turn of the century revolver cartridges to mid-20th century military loads, our attention to authenticity extends to case dimensions, bullet profiles. These rounds can serve museums, reenactors, and collectors who value heritage as much as performance out of their C&R firearms.

Our process adheres to SAAMI and CIP standards where applicable. Each stage from component inspection to final testing, includes visual, dimensional, and functional checks. We operate with controlled batch records, and all testing occurs under range-certified conditions.
We never cut corners or chase unsafe velocity claims. Performance is achieved through precision and consistency, not through overpressure. Every live ammunition project is produced and shipped in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Customers ordering live ammunition must provide proof of eligibility and meet all applicable storage and transport regulations. For display or educational projects, we also offer inert or non-firing reproductions that visually match historical rounds but are completely safe for exhibit or handling.

Can you reproduce historical ammunition? Yes. We can create display/inert reproductions and, when legal and safe, live-fire reproductions with required approvals.
Will you share reloading recipes? We provide performance summaries and private project documentation, but not public step-by-step technical recipes.
What are minimums and lead times? Varies by project. Request a quote and we’ll provide specifics.
We use traceable lot control, visual and dimensional inspection, and functional testing in controlled environments. All work follows applicable laws and safety standards. Customers ordering live ammunition must meet ID and shipping requirements.
