Our refund (on select items) and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Ammunition
- Processed and unprocessed brass
- Barrels and custom made to order barrels
- Downloadable products
- Primers and powder (any hazmat ship item)
- Armor and body armor
- Innerwear and thermal base layers (anything that touched your skin)
Refunds
Order Cancellation by Customers
Our desire is to provide excellent customer service including promptly shipping of your order. You can cancel your order at any time; however, the cause of the cancelation will dictate the refund procedure. Below are three categories in which a refund will be processed, please read below:
Cancellation due to Copper and grain reloading defected ammo. When this is the case, the customer must send in the defected ammunition for review. Once Copper and grain reloading receives the defected ammunition, new ammunition will be sent to the customer. Prior to sending the ammunition back to Copper and grain reloading, the customer should email customer service & provide pictures / descriptions of what they are experiencing with the ammunition. Copper and grain reloading will then send the customer a shipping label.
Cancellation before the product has shipped will result in a full refund, minus the processing fee. The processing fee is 10% of the total order amount. Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 days.
Cancellation after the product has shipped, but nothing wrong with the ammunition; In this case, CGR will not accept a return of ammunition, nor will CGR refund the order. Before you submit your order, please be sure you are ordering the correct product.
Order Cancellation by Copperandgrainreloading.com
Copper and grain reloading, (copperandgrainreloading.com) reserves the option to cancel any orders where the purchaser has not abided by these Terms and Conditions, not limited to orders that are made to states with regulations, out of country (we don’t sell or ship out of the United States), orders with suspicion or suspected fraud. In the event that CGR chooses to cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchase. CGR does not like canceling orders, but sometimes we must where a customer has not adhered to these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to make sure that you fully understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Returns
Due to the unique nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns for damaged or defective product. Product must be returned within 30 days from the date your order is deemed received at the address provided by you on your order. By using this website (Copperandgrainreloading.com) you agree that no refunds will be issued for any returns that are received at our warehouse without a prior Approved Return Request on file or for any returns that are received at our warehouse when a Return Request has been denied.
If you feel like you should be able to return your product for a reason other than it being damaged or defective product, you are welcome to fill out a Return Request Form and your Return Request will be considered. Please email us at copperandgrainreloading@gmail.com to make a return request; after review, someone from our staff will respond promptly. If your return is approved, we will reply to your email with the options available for processing your return. Returns will receive one (1) of the following: store credit, replacement product or refund, at the sole discretion of copperandgrainreloading.com.
NOTE: If your product was received damaged, damage must be noted in your Return Request Form and include pictures documenting the damage. If your Return Request is approved, you are responsible for properly packing and shipping your return order in a way to protect it from damage in transit back to our warehouse. All returned product will be examined upon arrival at our warehouse for claim authenticity. If for any reason you decide you want the product back after it has been received at our warehouse, we will collect additional payment from you to cover the costs to ship the product back to you.
Warranty for official products
Shooter’s Global : CGR Is an official direct dealer for shooter’s global products. We manage warranty claims and damage defective claims of SG products purchased from us.
Burstfire: CGR is an official direct dealer for Burstfire and as such we manage warranty claims, sales, service and parts for all current Burstfire Products.
CGR: Copper And Grain Reloading Stands behind it’s products. All our self made products carry a 90 day replacement due to defects. This does not include ammunition, used / pre owned products and processed brass.
Eabco: Barrels, finishing, engraving, or other custom shop work which has been specially ordered by you and made especially for you are guaranteed to function properly and have accuracy for one year (12 months) beginning at the shipping date. Prices do not include working up accurate handloads, teaching proper handload procedures, or test firing groups at the shooting range. If you require Accuracy Proof Testing, we can provide this service at a charge of $65 per hour. For a period of one (1) year after the shipping date, EABCO will replace or repair defective custom work at no charge. You pay only the shipping costs. This excludes damage caused by rough handling or misuse. Modifications done by non-EABCO gunsmiths will void this guarantee. Repairs to items modified by non-EABCO gunsmiths will be performed at our regular $65 per hour shop rate.
Custom barrels and any items that have been modified by our shop to be customized for you (muzzle brake install, scope mount install, threading, etc) are not returnable, and cannot be cancelled once custom work has started.
Ultradyne: Ultradyne (manufacturers of shooting components and rifle chassis) generally covers its products under a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Odin Works: At ODIN Works your satisfaction is our commitment. We firmly stand behind our products and craftsmanship so If your ODIN Works product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge for the life of the part.
The ODIN Works Lifetime Warranty does not apply if the product has been found to be misused, modified, or damaged.
